この度、日本バイオメカニクス学会特別企画としまして、下記のワークショップを開催いたします。

"Statistical Parametric Mapping (SPM) In Biomechanics"

対象：バイオメカニクス，統計処理，データサイエンス等に興味・関心のある方

概要：SPM consists of a set of techniques for analyzing spatiotemporally continuous biomechanical data including force and kinematic trajectories.
Although mathematically complex, SPM is conceptually very similar to the basic statistical analyses we all know, such as t-tests, ANOVA, and linear regression.
This workshop will review key topics from the SPM literature, including (1) SPM history, (2) how SPM can be used to conduct t tests,
(3) why SPM is valid for this type of analysis, and (4) the future of SPM including limitations. Each topic will consist of (a) a 10-15 minute slideshow, and (b) a panel discussion. During the panel discussion the workshop instructors will discuss various aspects of the slides, including personal experiences, opinions and perspectives.
