- When registering, you will need to create a Peatix account for participation registration. We kindly ask all participants to register for the conference via the conference website.

<For Oral Presenters>
The presentation time is 8 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A and 1-minute transition, totaling 12 minutes.
Personal laptops cannot be used for oral presentations. Please use the shared PC provided by the conference secretariat.
Save your presentation data on a USB flash drive after testing it, and bring it to the venue.
The PC provided by the secretariat will have the following specifications:
OS: Windows 11 Home 64-bit
Application: PowerPoint 2021
Data created on other OS or applications may work, but compatibility is not guaranteed. Please test your data in the specified environment beforehand.
To avoid font display issues, use standard OS fonts.
Prepare presentation slides with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
Please ensure your USB flash drive and presentation data are virus-scanned before bringing them.
<For Poster Presenters>
Poster presenters will also give a brief oral presentation (including transition, 2 minutes total).
The mini-oral session will be held on December 1 from 10:25 to 11:41 in Hall A. Please present a brief summary of your poster with a few slides. The secretariat will display a separate screen showing the presenter’s name and title during the mini-oral. Save the mini-oral slides on a USB flash drive and bring it to the venue. Refer to the previous page for PC specifications.
Poster Display and Removal Schedule
After registering for the conference, please display your poster on the designated panel with your poster number in the poster area. Posters should remain displayed throughout the conference, not only during the poster session. Push pins for posting will be provided by the secretariat. Please remove your poster by 18:00 on December 1. Posters left after 18:00 will be removed and disposed of by the conference secretariat.
Poster Presentation Time
During the poster presentation time from 11:45 to 12:45 on December 1, please stand in front of your poster for Q&A. Wear the presenter ribbon during the poster session.
Poster Specifications
Posters should be prepared in A0 size (118.9 x 84.1 cm).
Your presentation number will be displayed on the poster panel in advance. Please display your poster on the panel with your assigned number.
It is not mandatory to include your presentation number on the poster.
